The Riva Primary School Plan, Voyage, details our ambitious targets for continuous school improvement, and guides all aspects of our school operations from 2023 – 2025.

Pedagogy Atlas

The Riva Pedagogy Atlas is our guidebook to evidence-based, impactful learning and achievement for every student at Riva. The Pedagogy Atlas articulates our shared beliefs, knowledge and expertise, and maps out a path for achievement, delivering high quality teaching and learning for every student, every day.

Workforce Plan – Compass

Compass is part of the suite of documents and support that will ensure that for each of the targets and strategies in our School Plan, we have the capacity in our workforce to meet student needs. Compass guides our recruitment, selection, appointment and all career stages for all staff.

Compass ensures that we have planned for growth within our school, and can deliver upon the priority areas of Respect, Inclusion, Achievement and Community.
